Training with me

1:1 Personal Training

Come and train with me 1 to 1 at Bristol Co-operative Gym.

 

We will have the space to ourselves, no distractions, no mirrors, no judgements. 

 

I aim to help you get in touch with your body through focused strength and mobility training.  I will suppport you to move in healthy ways, building consciousness and confidence in your body.​ 

Based on your goals and a mobility assessment, I will write an individualised programme for you which we will expand and adapt as you do. 

From £45 per session depending on package

 

Small Group Personal Training

If you would like to train with friends, a partner or family, I offer Small Group Personal Training for between 2 and 4 people. 

 

Training with others provides a social environment, and can be a great motivating factor for many folk, as well as being a more affordable option. 

 

All the benefits of 1 to 1 training. I will coach you within a structured programme, checking your form, monitoring your progress and cheering you on.   

   

From £18 per session depending on group size and package

 

Online Coaching

You will be supported to build a new and realistic habit of movement and strength into your weeks. I will be there for you as a source of accountability, structure and guidance. 

I will design a programme for you to follow, either at home, a gym you have access to or even outside. You could even go on holiday and I'll keep you at it! 

 

I will develop a plan that you can perform with the equipment/furniture and space you have available to you.  You will get clear instructions on good and safe form and we will check in weekly. I will progress your plan as you get stronger, and I really look forward to celebrating that with you.
