
A bit about me
Hello! I'm Robin, a strength and mobility coach based in Bristol. My big aim is to offer a safe and welcoming place where people can come to connect with, move, strengthen and or build their bodies. As a queer and trans person, I have experienced first-hand how movement has the potential to support many areas of our lives; emotional, physical and social. I will always bring sensitivity to our work together, as well as a focus on bodily enjoyment and feeling. I will reflect where you are at, pushing you hard, or treating you like a baby squirrel if that's what you need!

1-1 Personal Training
Tailored Guidance
Individual attention through personalised coaching sessions with myself. We will work together to develop a training programme that aligns with you and your goals.
Online Coaching
Train when and where you like
I will design an online programme for you to follow, either at home, a gym you have access to or even outside. I will develop a plan that you can perform with the equipment/furniture and space you have available to you. You will get clear instructions on good and safe form and we will check in weekly.
Small group personal training
Train with your friends/family
A small private group session with personalised coaching and programming. Train alongside your friends, whilst focusing on your individual needs and goals. If you are looking for a more afforable and social option, this could be for you. From 2 to 4 people.
